Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gentask Local agrees to provide Internet Technology Services for the above named Client as described herein.
i. Gentask Local will utilize the relevant tools including, but not limited to website Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Management (SEM), for the sole purpose of promoting Sales Leads for the Client, from the most dominant Marketing tool available today – the Internet. Gentask Local may introduce Video, Links, Social Networking, Reviews/Testimonials and or any reputable process deemed necessary to dominate the Client’s Local Market.
A Client website will be created within 14 days of this signing, hosted and maintained by Gentask Local. The Client website will be interactive so that Client may make changes and/or additions at will. The Client is allowed one major change to the website every 30 days. Additional changes will be available as necessary to Client, for a fee of $50/hour with a 2 hour minimum. Client will determine and is responsible for the daily spending limit within any advertising pay-per-click program. Gentask Local will in combination, provide Analytics for Client to review and Analyze Growth Potential.
ii. Gentask Local will manage listing your business within all major local directories and mobile navigation directories. Gentask Local will submit your business to database providers, including but not limited to, InfoUSA, Acxion, and Dun & Bradstreet. Click here for a list of all major directories. Client must provide business information in order for Gentask Local to create and manage local listings. Gentask Local will provide a questionnaire to the Client to obtain this information.
iii. Gentask Local offers social media marketing that may be added to your package at any time for an additional setup and monthly fee. Three social media pages will be branded and client will retain access and control of the three social media sites at all times.

3. Payment and Terms
Client will receive an initial invoice in which client must provide accurate credit card information on a recurring basis. Client credit card will be charged monthly the sum as agreed in this contract.
All services are performed under a 180 day commitment & provided for the first 180 days at the annual agreement monthly rate. At the end of 180 days, you may select one of the following payment terms:
i. Month-to-Month Terms
Each service is $349 per month and may be cancelled at any time with a notice before the end of the current month.
ii. Annual (12-month) Terms
Client agrees to a 12 Month Commitment that will automatically renew after the initial 12 month period, where the current promotion rate will be provided unless otherwise cancelled in writing by Client.

Top Spot Program Includes:
i. Per market area for the use of a dedicated interactive lead generating website built on the Gentask Local platform and managed by Gentask Local.
ii. Gentask Local will purchase a unique domain name on behalf of the Client. Client has option of purchasing the unique domain name any time after the end of this agreement. During this agreement, Gentask Local is the sole owner of the domain.
iii. A one-time setup fee & first month’s invoice will be charged with the first payment.
Social Media Marketing – May be bundled with Top Spot Marketing for discounted rate.
4. Cancellation Policy
In the event a Client wishes to discontinue services, the domain may be purchased at cost and will be removed from the Gentask platform. Client retains ownership of all content through YouTube and social media sites.
5. Customer Support
Client will have access to Gentask Local’s support system to answer any questions via the website dashboard. Gentask Local aims to have a communication turn around of less than 24 hours.
